Just as I was gearing up to try some recipes from the new book Green Smoothie Bible, I went and broke my Vitamix.

A year out of warranty.

Fun times!

I was planning to make a spiced nectarine sorbet and I didn’t feel like waiting for the rock solid block of frozen nectarine to thaw out a bit.

Guess that Vitamix showed me!

Part has been ordered.

Vitamix out of commission for about ten days.
