1 apple of your choice, cored, skin on
1/2 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen
1 cup yogurt or kefir of your choice
add all ingredients to your Vitamix and blend until smooth.
Optional: add 1/2- to 1-inch of fresh ginger root
Make it green: Add two cups of spinach, frozen or lightly steamed if fresh and increase yogurt or kefir to 2 cups.
