Met Gala 2018: Top 10 Best Dressed Women

The theme of this year's Met Gala was "Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination." As for all of us who were at home reviewing all the looks of the night, I couldn't help but create my very own Top 10 Best Dressed list of women who embodied the theme of the gala heavenly.
1. Sarah Jessica Parker
Wearing Dolce and Gabbana – capturing the Nativity scene on her headpiece.
2. Katy Perry
In a mini Versace dress and a pair of six feet wings, representing a fallen angel or Icarus.
3. SZA – "Solána Imani Rowe"
In Versace with two gold tears gleaming down her face in ode to a weeping Mother Mary.
4. Lily Collins
With a halo headpiece and a red tear, Lily channeled a weeping Madonna in Givenchy.
5. Ariana Grande
Her dress was a walking piece of art by Vera Wang in honor of the final judgment from Michelangelo's painting of the Sistine Chapel.
In custom Maison Margiela, Rihanna characterized a pope covered in jewels.
In Versace, Zendaya showed us what a modern Joan of Arc looks like.
8. Rosie Huntington Whiteley
In custom Ralph Lauren, she embodied the blessed Virgin Mary with her gold halo headpiece.
9. Jennifer Lopez
As gorgeous as always, JLO was wearing Balmain covered with the Holy Cross across her chest embellished in jewels.
10. Lana Del Rey
In custom Gucci, imitating the seven sorrows with her chest piece of seven daggers like the blessed Virgin Mary.
